Usage - ConvoTool

The Usage page gives you an organization-wide view of activity across every agent. It’s the companion to the per-agent Analytics dashboard — same kinds of charts, but rolled up for the whole organization. Open it from Usage in the sidebar.

Choose a date range

A date filter at the top of the page controls every metric. Pick a preset — Last 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, or 3 months — or set a custom from and to date.

What you’ll see

Metric	What it shows
Total messages	The total number of messages across all agents in the selected range.
Conversations by date	A line chart of conversation volume over time.
Location heatmap	A world map shading countries by message volume, so you can see where your audience is.
Daily activity	A calendar heatmap where each day is shaded by how busy it was.

Use the date range to compare periods — for example, switch between Last 7 days and Last 30 days to see whether activity is trending up.
