Creating your organization
You create an organization when you first sign up: give it a name and a link (your website or a short description). ConvoTool then sets up your billing account and infrastructure in the background, and starts you on a trial so you can begin building right away. While setup runs, you’ll see a provisioning banner. A few features — like Billing and Plans — show a brief “being set up” message until provisioning finishes, then everything becomes available.Organization dashboard
Your organization home page shows all your agents at a glance. From here you can:- View all agents — see every agent and its status.
- Create new agents — click Create Agent to start building.
- Open Usage — click Usage in the sidebar for organization-wide activity.
Usage
The Usage page rolls up activity across every agent in your organization — total messages, conversations over time, where your audience is, and daily activity.Team and billing
- Invite teammates and manage roles on the Members page.
- Manage your plan, payment methods, and invoices under Billing.
