Go to Settings (click your avatar in the sidebar) to update your personal information:- First and last name — your display name shown to teammates. Editable any time.
- Email — the address associated with your account. Shown for reference; it can’t be changed here.
Change Your Password
Update your password from the Settings page:1
Go to Settings
Click your avatar or name in the sidebar and select Settings.

Enter your new password
Type your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.

Save
Click save to update your password.
If you signed up with Google, your password is managed through your Google account. You won’t see the password change option in ConvoTool.
Account vs. agent security
The settings on this page protect your personal account. The controls that protect a published agent — its public/private visibility and rate limits — are separate. See Visibility & rate limiting.Account Security Tips
- Use a strong password — At least 12 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Don’t share your credentials — Each team member should have their own account. Use the Members page to invite colleagues.
- Sign out on shared devices — Always log out when using a shared or public computer.
