Open the invitation
Click the Accept invitation link in the email.

Sign in or create your account
- Already have a ConvoTool account? Sign in (or, if you’re already signed in with the invited email, just confirm) and accept to join.
- New to ConvoTool? Create your account right from the invitation — enter your name and a password, or continue with Google.

Start collaborating
Once you accept, you join the organization and can access its agents based on your role.
Invitations expire after a while and can be cancelled by the sender. If your link says it’s expired, already used, or no longer valid, ask whoever invited you to send a new one.
