Template settings

Agents created from certain templates get an extra Agent Config tab on the Settings page with settings tailored to what that template does.

This tab only appears for agents created from the Lead Qualifier or Booking Agent templates. Other agents won’t see it.

Lead Qualifier

Configure how the agent qualifies and routes leads.

Setting	What it does
Qualifying questions	The questions the agent asks to qualify a visitor. Add or remove questions.
Disqualification triggers	Conditions that mark a visitor as not a fit: No budget, Wrong location, Just browsing, Wrong industry.
Lead collection fields	Which details to capture from qualified leads: Name, Email, Phone, Company.
Qualified lead message	What the agent says when a visitor qualifies.
Unqualified visitor message	What the agent says when a visitor doesn’t qualify.
Redirect URL	An optional URL to send unqualified visitors to.

Configure the services and hours the agent can book.

Setting	What it does
Services	The services visitors can book, each with a name and a duration in minutes. Add or remove services.
Business hours	Your open and close times for each day, Monday through Sunday. Enable the days you’re available.
Confirmation message	What the agent says once a booking is made.
